This is what happiness looks like:

Of course, my dad would probably say, "This is what a severe case of gangrene looks like," but you know, to each his own. I'm working on building some outfits around these babies--photo updates coming soon!

Nylon/Lycra Microfiber Splash Colors Tights, purchased here.

I'm kind of shocked -- if anyone had told me this, I could have achieved happiness already!

We Love Color is my favorite source for tights. The color selection is unmatched and the quality is excellent. I've been a happy, returning customer of theirs for over 3 years. They pretty much rock.

The first thought that popped into my head when the pic loaded in my browser was "Oh wow!" I can't wait to see the outfits you build around these babies.

They are fantastic! I love and approve, even though fathers everywhere definitely won't.

Seeing those reminded me of some tights I had back in the last 80's/early 90's... and caused me to realize that I was quite possibly light years ahead of my time when it came to tights trends. Hmmm, I wish I knew how to describe the pattern on those ones I had. Kinda... swirly. Perhaps I should work on my adjectives & get back to you.

And I thought the pair of sky blue tights I bought yesterday were gorgeous. :)

A little TOO wild for me (though I'm the girl who ALMOST bought hot pink tights, but was too scared to actually do it), but I can't wait to see how you style them with actual outfits.

Off-topic, but I've given you an award! Check out my post today. :-)

I would love to see how you work those glorious tights into your wardrobe! It does look a bit like you've manipulated the photo by messing with the colour balance; I'd also love to hear if they elicit any reactions from people when you wear them!
