Awesome Affordable Etsy Find of the Week!

Vintage Hat, $10

When I see people on the street wearing hats like this, I'm automatically intrigued, excited, envious, and intimidated. The ability to conjure up such a complex mixture of emotions for just 10 bucks, and keep your head warm and dry? Now that's a sweet deal.

I don't think I could pull that hat off, but I did score the most cunning cranberry red crushed velvet newsboy at Filene's last week.

Jaunty hats almost makes the miserable cold weather worth it.

Awe, cute! I checked out the Etsy shop, and it's wonderful, but I have one issue- They're selling Berenstain Bears books as vintage? Seriously, am I that old?! I'm pretty sure I had all of those books at one point or another in my childhood. Wow.

I feel the same way - but a lot of it is straight-up envy for me. Man-style hats make me look like a man. And not in a good, funky, androgynous way!

Winona: I have a gigantic Indiana-Jones/Cowboy style hat that I sometimes wear out. It used to belong to my dad. I love it. I love building outfits around it. I feel like I should send you photos of this. Would you say that feeling is correct?

I'm not going to lie, I scrolled down and immediately thought that was some sort of scrumptious (everyone should add that word to their every day vocabulary)chocolate desert.

Is it wrong to have the desire to eat a hat?

I love hats! -LOVE- them ... but I have one of those weird shaped round faces with a little forhead. End result- hats look retarded on me. (I'm going to sulk now)

I die for hats, but a well-placed fedora is particularly cunning.
