I think the top one is the shoe, but I would try to wear the snake anyway because that would be awesome. If it didn't kill me.

Dack! Is that sandal made of memory wire? I can just imagine the fun times trying to unwind it enough to wedge my calf inside, only to have it SPROING back into its coiled position.
Dude, stop scaring me with wildlife. I'm still upset by the bald squirrel I had to deal with.
What unsettles me is that the shoe seems to actually have a rattler tail on the end.
I agree with Lesley, it would be pretty awesome to try to wear the snake. These shoes remind me of snap bracelets of yesteryear(s, er, a long time ago).
I would like to try on the snake as well as the sandal.. however I would like a tame-ish snake so that I'm not swallowed whole like the poor mouse that is choking the snake in the picture.
Does having a tame snake make it any less fierce?
