If you're new to Daddy Likey, click here to read the introduction to Don't Show-cha Your Chocha, and if you're a seasoned Daddy Likey pro, read on for the latest saga of the war on pants (and sometimes, underwear).
We'll kick things off with a confused cowgirl:
Says reader Vanessa: Cowgirl needs to learn that "tunic" is not a synonym for "dress."
Kristen sent in this really pretty, really short dress:
Here's an email from Claudia: While browsing through the fine apparel dresses (aka dresses I will never own) on the Neiman Marcus website, I came across a $2,595 Stella McCartney, cream-colored, chocha-showing dress...
Next up, from Angela:
Speaking of slits, refined reader Carolyn sent in this picture of the often-featured Lisa Rinna:
She says: This seems like a new angle on your running theme. Possibly 'slit to slit' but that may be waaaaay to crass. Unfortunately it was the first thing that came to mind. [Editor's note: Carolyn, my blog is called "Daddy Likey." Few things are too crass.]
From Miss Staci:
She says: Here is a delightful photograph of a sweater (dress?) and tights modeled by someone who very clearly wants to show off her chocha.
The email from Jessica was deceptively innocent. All it said was, "I have a tunic for you." And then, THIS:
So, I know I'm supposed to be more accepting of weird styles and stuff, but this is just the most awful thing I've ever seen. Everything about this picture upsets me.
And finally, an exceedingly clever reader named Greta sent me a chocha-related glossary that I really hope catches on:
The Faux-cha: when a designer modestly covers the chocha and then embellishes the area with some furry trim or bulls eye design anyway.
The Low-cha: when the chocha actually drops below a hemline...or the hemline creeps up. Same effect.
The No-cha: when ill-cut pants stretch tightly across two protruding hip bones like a trampoline, the inseam is a bit long, and it all result in the appearance of no chocha at all.
The Hello-cha: the pose a model strikes when she is proud to put her girly bits out there.
The Joe-cha: Male equivalent.
Awesome, right? Remember to email me your chocha finds, defenders of decency! daddylikeyblog@gmail.com

So glad you're back to posting, and thanks for paying the charge in order to chocha! (can chocha be a verb now too?)
Is it wrong that a post about showing chochas made my night? Cause it totally did. Ha!
this is HILARIOUS. my first time to see your Don't Show-cha Your Chocha feature, but definitely won't be my last. I'll keep my eyes open and try to contribute. LOL
I've shown my boyfriend your blog, and he thinks this feature is the best thing ever. He now points out show-cha-ing chochas out to me in public and we giggle like children.
Not that we're perverts or anything =/
Best moment of the day! What would I do with out you?
The glossary is brilliant. I say we lobby the Oxford dictionary review board and get some of these added to the lexicon, stat.
love the glossary. this is prolly my fave feature of daddy likey. :) (i wonder what that says about me... hmmm......)
you constatly expand my universe nona, love this post.
these dresses (?) are extra....special.
Totally love this post & also your blog. Not snorting coffee out my nose at the comments, no, not me ... :-)

Hahaha, yessss, so good! If you're still in Chicago, you have to go to the bongo room in wicker park for brunch. They have this thing called the chocolate tower french toast.... It's also right next to a really really cute store called Mojo Spa.
Let's see... there's also a delicious place in Pilsen called Nuevo Leon, and Ethel's Chocolate Lounge (all over, but there are a few near/on michigan) is sooooo good. I wish I were in Chi to stalk...wait, no... meet you (haha), but I'm home for the summer.
Thank God Lisa Rinna waxes!
I love the new definitions! Good job Greta!
Holy chocha, the glossary is priceless!
Daddy Likey, I am so embarrassed to ask this, but, how do you pronounce Chocha? is it Cho Cha? or is it Choc Ha?
Also, I really hope the last one is photoshopped horribly. Her leg looks like it's going to pop out of her hip!
I am excited I found this blog.
This is hilarious!
I always hate to find a cute dress but in actuality a "tunic" that really looks silly as a tunic and needs to be a dress but unless you are midget will not pull that off.
And in addition, don't understand the tunic with tights or the short dress tunic... you look at the pictures of these girls and wonder ... how do they sit down, much less "move" without flashing the world?
So glad someone is addressing this issue and terrible trend!
The last one looks like she tried to wear pants...but they broke?
The Stella McCartney and the tights-as-pants are the worst offenders. The tights remind me of one time a girl in my class did the same thing, and she insisted in sitting with her legs pretzel-style (we all sit on the floor in this class). Another time a girl wore a white fishnet sweater with a white croptop underneath and white leggings. Her underwear was hot pink. OY VEY.
what's going on in the last photo? are those boots? denim leg warmers? paper mache? the remnants of the past she WAS wearing? the mind boggles!
This will tell you how far this has seeped into my consciousness. I saw this photo on the sartorialist and thought immediately of your posts.

i love how the chocabulary is expanding here!
hey... don't forget to drop me a line when you have some free time! i'm around!
My most favorite part of the sweater pic is the oh-so-sexy vacuum peeking out of the closet behind her. ROFL!
I just heard Missy Elliot use the word "chocha" in "Work it". Different contexts, same meaning.
I'm not sure which I did more of- gasping or giggling?! LOL, thanks for making my afternoon!
how wrong is it that i was SO excited you posted a new one of these? love it.
ps: my word verification is HORTA. i guess the word verification wanted to be cool and say something like HORTA LA CHOCHA.
I've been trying so hard to collect pictures of unfortunate Irish chocha, but so far all I have are disastrous attempts to wear leggings as pants. It's just too dang cold here for actual chocha-inducing clothes.
The glossary is amazing. Greta I Love you! The No-Cha is my favorite.
Thank you for the pics of possible va jaja sightings!!
That's fun that they combine comedy writing WITH improv performance...
